App Builder

Using App Builder

App Builder (currently in beta) lets you build small, custom internal pages — dashboards, viewers, trackers — for your project by describing what you want in plain text. It's found under Your Apps in the left-side menu, and can be enabled or disabled per project from Account & Team Settings.

1. Accessing App Builder

1. Navigate to Your Apps:

• In the left-side menu, click Your Apps, then All Apps to see everything you've built.

2. Building an App from a Prompt

1. Open Vibe Code App:

• Click the Vibe Code App tab. 2. Describe What You Want:
• Type a description of the page you want (e.g. "Create a viewer that shows delayed elements in red") and click Generate. 3. Review and Refine:
• The AI returns a live preview made of individual blocks. Use the Refine box to iteratively tweak it with another prompt (e.g. "turn the bar chart into a pie").

3. Building Manually

• Instead of (or alongside) AI generation, use Add block to insert a block without a prompt. Blocks are grouped by category: Data & charts, Media & location, Safety & cameras, Schedule, Team & collaboration, and Utility — around 30 block types in total (stat tiles, KPIs, charts, tables, a BIM viewer, a 360° gallery, a floorplan, a live camera feed, a calendar, a Gantt chart, a leaderboard, and more).
• Each block can be reordered, resized, or removed from its own toolbar.

4. Starting from a Template

• Open the Templates tab to instantiate one of 9 built-in starter apps instantly: Delayed Elements Viewer, Progress Dashboard, QA: Missing Metadata, Site Monitoring, Issue Explorer, Schedule Overview, Team Hub, Safety & Security Dashboard, and Reality Capture Overview.

5. Managing Your Apps

• Saved apps appear as cards on the All Apps tab with a name, icon, and description.
• From a card you can Open, Duplicate, or Delete an app.
