Using the AI Project Assistant

The AI Project Assistant allows you to ask project-specific questions and receive answers based on the documents you've uploaded to the platform. This feature helps you quickly retrieve important information without searching through multiple files.

1. Accessing the AI Project Assistant

1. Locate the AI Project Assistant Button:

• On the project dashboard, you’ll find the AI Project Assistant button.

2. Open the AI Assistant:

• Click on the AI Project Assistant button to start interacting with the assistant.

1. Type Your Question:

• In the chat box, type your question related to the project. The AI Assistant will analyze the project’s uploaded documents to find an accurate response.

Examples of questions you can ask:

• "What is the completion date for Phase 1?"
• "Are there any outstanding issues related to electrical systems?"
• "What is the approved budget for HVAC installation?"

2. Receive Your Answer:

• After submitting your question, the AI will search the project's PDFs and other documents to provide a detailed response.
• If more information is needed, the AI may ask for clarification or suggest follow-up questions.

1. Upload Relevant Documents:

• Ensure that all relevant project documents (PDFs, specifications, reports, etc.) are uploaded to the platform, as the AI relies on these to provide accurate answers.
• Supported file types include PDFs, blueprints, contracts, and other relevant project documentation.

• If the AI’s answer isn’t quite what you expected, try refining your question with more detail or context.
