Roadmap

Using the Roadmap

The Roadmap in Bimefy lets you participate in shaping the platform by submitting, voting on, and commenting on feature requests. You can also track the status of requests as they move through development.

1. Accessing the Roadmap

1. Locate the Roadmap Button:

• In the main menu of the platform, find the Roadmap button. 2. Open the Roadmap:
• Click the Roadmap button to view current and upcoming features.

2. Engaging with Feature Requests

1. Vote on Requests:

• Browse the list of feature requests and vote for the ones you want implemented.
• To vote, click the Vote button next to the feature.
• You can vote on multiple requests.

2. Comment on Requests:

• Share additional input or feedback by commenting on requests:
  • Click on a feature request to open it.
  • Scroll to the comments section, write your feedback, and submit.

3. Submit a Feature Request:

• Have a new idea for Bimefy? You can submit your own feature request:
  • Click the Submit a Feature Request button.
  • Fill out the form with the necessary details (description and reason for the request).
  • Submit the request for review.

3. Tracking Feature Progress

Each feature request that moves into development can be tracked via our Kanban board. Requests progress through these statuses:

• Under Review: The request is being evaluated by the Bimefy team.
• Planned: The request has been approved and is scheduled for future development.
• In Progress: The feature is currently being worked on by our developers.
• Completed: The feature is finished and will be included in the next release.
• Closed: The request has been reviewed but will not be implemented at this time.

4. Staying Informed

• Follow Requests:
  • Click the Follow button on any request to receive updates when its status changes.
• Email Notifications:
  • Adjust your notification settings to get alerts when features you're following make progress.
